„Are You Ready?“ is the first release from Jennyflowa, the solo project of Jenny Ball, singer, trumpeter, and songwriter for Jenny And The Mexicats.
Jenny has been composing and playing music for several years alongside her work with the Mexicats—it’s high time to present it to the world. Jennyflowa’s music reflects her interest in reggae, jazz, and pop and showcases another facet of her creativity.
„Are You Ready?“, the first song in a series of upcoming singles and an album, perfectly represents this other side. It’s a rousing reggae-pop song with a great groove, a catchy chorus, and Jenny’s unmistakable trumpet playing.
