Jennyflowa is the solo project of Jenny Ball, singer, trumpeter, and songwriter for the internationally acclaimed band “Jenny And The Mexicats”. Born and raised in London, she was drawn to Spain at an early age, where she fused flamenco, jazz, and Latin pop with her band to create a sound all her own, conquering stages from Madrid to the legendary Tiny Desk in Washington.

In addition to her work with the Mexicats, Jenny has been writing and performing her own songs for years—it’s time to share them with the world. With “Jennyflowa”, she unveils a new facet of her creativity, shaped by her love of reggae, jazz, and pop. Kicking things off is her debut single “Are You Ready?”—a rousing reggae-pop song with a great groove, a chorus you can sing along to, and Jenny’s unmistakable trumpet playing. More singles and an album are already in the works.
